Incorrect release created from ASCP to EBS

Hi Guys,

Please can you advise why there’s a difference in results when I create a release as opposed to when my colleague does exactly the same?

The release I created through ASCP linked correctly to the PO 967001020

but when other user makes a release it creates a totally new PO, in this case 967011201? 

as per ASL setup - it created properly  PO 967001020.  - type_lookup_code = blanket

but when other user created release  PO 967011201     -  type_lookup_code = Standard
