Wrong tax PO receipt transaction valuation for OPM, LCM enabled organization

Hello

We have a strange case of a receiving transaction for a PO with a foreign currency, the Receive journal calculated correctly however the deliver journal seems calculated differently

It seems the deliver journal calculated Tax based on local rate (1) and didn't convert tax to foreign currency, i am trying to investigate more about this behavior or find a specfic patch for this indecent, can you support ?

Note:

This behavior happened only after enable LCM on ORG
