Columns missing from detail grid added via form extension.

Hi,

Using the functionality of Form extension in 9.2 where I have added a column (which is present in the business view) into an application's Detail grid. After adding the columns in the Form extension manager, I had saved and requested the same to be published.

Approved the UDO in P98220U and the status of the UDO changed to 8 (shared) and user ID changed to *PUBLIC.

Now when I went to the application the added column isn't available/displayed even to my admin role. I'm getting the error in Form Extension Manager as "Object state changed. Please Logout and Login"
