Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How we can configure probation evaluation/promotion evaluation type of things inside PMS?

Is competency will pick automatically like objective from objective library in to the employee appraisal during the appraisal process?
