FRM-40212 : invalid value for filed USER_CONCURENT_PROGRAM_NAME

Hi All,

We are getting this error in forms for few responsibilities for "Submit Request" form after cloning the instance.   "FRM-40212 : invalid value for filed USER_CONCURENT_PROGRAM_NAME"

As of now we have compiled the forms, cleared the bounced opmn services and cleared the server/forms/Browser cache, but issue is still there.

Requesting to kindly suggest the troubleshooting for this issue.

our env is

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0

Oracle Applications : 12.1.3
