Event rules and SQL for an application

This may not be the correct support area to ask so I apologize if not.

How can I get to view an application's event rules and SQL calls?

I want to be able to see what the application is doing (what tables, what fields, what options, etc) when it is running.

I believe I also need to turn on some debugging/logs as it is running in order to see the output.

FYI - the application is in JDE Financials P0011 version RIS0009

Please tell me how I go about doing this.
