ACA Transmission Manifest File Upload Failed - TPE1201 Error

We tried uploading the 2019 ACA files and received a TPE1201 error on our manifest file.  We have loaded the PRP 29469807 and PRP 30794316 into our production environment and were able to generate the employee 1095-C forms.

I looked at the ACA1095C PS Job and verified the BAC020 process shows Calendar Year = 2019
