FDMEE is filling up table space rapidly

We are using FDMEE (11.1.2.4) and noticing table space is growing very rapidly month on month. The files which we load are very small but not able to understand why its taking up so much space in database. We wanted to know is there any maintenance we can perform to keep the database growth under check.
