ECB - Session Agent Name vs IP, Routing Policies not matching

I am trying to utilize Routing Policies for any calls from a Source Agent to any destinations. It is not matching the Hostname of the Source Agent, I have to change the hostname to the IP addresss for it to match. Is there something I am missing here? How do I match against the hostname?
