How System Calculate Preventive Maintenance Schedule option for schedule start date and based date

PM schedule is defined with 30days interval with next work order functionality as 'No',  and Lead time in days ‘60’ and Scheduling option- ‘Schedule Start date’, Suggest next service ‘Start Date’ check details attached.

So my concern “How System Calculate Preventive Maintenance Schedule start date and based date”.
