Payment term with multiple installments and fixed calendar days

Hello,

my client needs a payment terms as follows:

- 2 installments (1 for 75%, the order one for 25%)

- the 2 installments needs to have fixed due dates (first at 31/08, second one next year at 30/04)

I tried with a advanced payment term linked to a business unit in P0006 and a working calendar in P00071, but JDE is not able to split the payment in two assigning the different due dates: it create always one only installment with due date al 31/08.

My customer is creating invoices from sales order so they cannot manually manage the due dates during invoice entry by row.
