Real Time Class 1A NIC Report

I have just run this report in a test instance and the amount showing in the Real Time Class 1A NIC's Due PTD field is the amount of the >30k payment plus the 13.8% ers ni. e.g. for a payment of £14,000 it shows £15,932 due. This doesn't look right? The same figure appears on the FPS. Is anyone else getting this? Think its wrong?
