Environment of Care and Life Safety Codes not in Maintenance Management or Assets

We have not been able to find these codes anywhere in Asset Management.  This is a slightly tricky use case since a single asset could have more than one Environment of Care (EC) and/or Life Safety (LS) Codes.  The various PM schedules would satisfy the requirements and would need to carry the appropriate code.  Our facilities team would like the field to be searchable.  We have contemplated putting this in the description field on the PM schedule but that eliminates any validation of the code.
