How can an assignment set get created by employee with no access to that form
We are on R12.2.
Payroll Functional Lead was going thru assignment sets to mark unused ones as “inactive”. They discovered an assignment set named “Simulation59676464” that contained 1 employee as INCLUDE. This is not an assignment set created by payroll staff. Looking at “Record History”, it was created on 26-Dec-2019 by the employee listed in the INCLUDE.
The employee only has self-service responsibilities, a couple of inquiry responsibilities, and a responsibility for purchasing and one for projects modules. No HR or Payroll responsibilities. Self-Service does include the payslip modeler functionality.
We are trying to figure out how this assignment set was created.
