Scottish Income Tax

As you will know, Oracle recently provided a patch to update the thresholds for Scottish  Income Tax from 6th April 2020.  HMRC have now announced that it “would not expect the Scottish budget to operate from 6 April 2020.”   As a result the Scottish bands will be reset to the 2019/20 values in a patch to be released this week.  Once an official announcement is made as to the implementation date of the new Scottish tax bands, a further update will be issued as soon as possible.
