Can e-Commerce Gateway setups, such as Trading Partners or Interface File Definitions, be downloaded

We are planning to begin using e-Commerce Gateway in Oracle EBS for the first time.  Obviously, we want to set up everything in a non-production environment and do some testing before we do the same thing in production.  But there are many setups that have to be done, such as setting up e-Commerce Gateway trading partners and Interface File Definitions.  There will be many Trading Partners, though I honestly don't know if we'll need to use anything other than the default Interface File Definitions yet.

Is there a way to download and upload e-Commerce Gateway Trading Partner setups similar to FNDLOAD?
