New SR not visible

I have created a new SR, received the confirmation email, and received the email that it has been updated with a link.

I have followed the link, signed in, and clicked on the Service Requests tab.

No Service Requests are listed.

This is probably one the first SR, if not only SR, under this CSI number. 

I have opened SRs under other CSI numbers and did not have an issue viewing.

I am an Admin.

My current SR which I am looking for is 3-22537450381

What am I missing?
