Depot Repair- Third Party Ship and Return

I have created new Service type with Preservice RMA and Post Service Ship and Third Party Ship and RMA and Third party flag is checked.

Now when i go and create a Service Request and save. There four lines created one Regular Ship and RMA and other two Third Party RMA and Ship. Problem is Sales is showing only for Regular Return and ship lines not for Third party lines.

Is it possible to create Third party return and ship lines in Booked status Instead of Entered Status and all four lines created with Same Sales Order. Attached the screen shot of it. If i click to add to order then if i book then i can get desired results. business wanted to reduce the steps.
