Unable to add user to my CSI account.

Hi there.

I'm actually unable to add a user to my CSI account.

I have 5 users registerd at this moment on my CSI, but I can't add more user and I don't understand why

(when I click on the Add button from the user's screen, the window opened has his Add button geyed, so I can't add any user at all).

Any help would be appreciated.
