Hyperion Planning Approval ERROR

Hi guys.

Currently I'm working with Hyperion Planning, and we are having an issue with the behavior of the Approvals

We have designed the Plan unit hierarchy as Bottom-up.

Behavior :

The Worlflow starts, and Owner Propietario start completing the Task lists.

Once is finished, the user promote for approval to user Revisor1(assigned as Reviewer)

The ownership of the workflows changes to the Revisor1.

Result: All the forms are blocked for both users. None of them can edit.

Details:

Each user has priviliges to al the Entities asigned in the plan unit.

Does anyone has any idea where to start to debug? or had the same problem once?
