Projects and Tax Accounting
This is a bit of an open an ended question & possibly the first time I have posted this space. Please bear with me......
I have bit of experience in using Tax Manager to push Purchasing and Sales transactions to the Sales tax treatment that we require
Have done this via Tax Rules etc
The project in question is broadly a capital project. The expenditure types are broadly:
Valuation Fees
Contract Works
External Legal Fees
Landscape Architects Fees
etc, etc
What we would like is to try to push certain Purchasing type transactions, associated with this Project toward specific UK sales Tax treatment. Whilst ensuring that non Project related transactions are not (necessarily) treated in the same way
