Job Earnings Distribution for Substitutes

I need some recommendation on how to implement Job Earnings Distribution for Substitutes.

If an employee with Job Earnings Distribution on his regular pay goes on leave and is covered by a substitute employee, what is the best approach to have the substitute paid with the same Job Earnings Distribution as the employee on Leave?
