Acknowledgement Framework

In the acknowledgement framework under Enterprise Components, there is an option to review documents.  I am not seeing anything in the Red Paper that talks to the "review" or anything under the Enterprise Components.  Is there any documentation on this that I can review?  Or is there any delivered way to reproduce the signed forms?  Also... none of our set up Acknowledgments are showing up as an option... shouldn't there sync?
