Function ResizeImage cannot be run in the Application Engine

Hi,

I am trying to upload Employee photos from file folder. People Tools version - 8.54.13

I am using delivered Resize Employee Photos process (AE - HR_EMPLPHOTO).

The AE is throwing error

ErrorReturn-> 636 - Function ResizeImage cannot be run in the Application Engine. (2,636) HR_EMPL_PHOTO_854.Controller854.OnExecute Name:BatchResizePhotos PCPC:271 Statement:8

Any insight on this issue will be helpful.
