My Oracle Support - Back Button - Unexpected Error - Firefox and Edge

Most of the times when using the back button on the browser results in "Unexpected Error" - screenshot given below.

I've tried in the below versions of the browsers.

Edge Version 44.18362.449.0

Firefox Version 73.0.1 (64-bit)

- However, the back button on the Chrome works fine.

Is there any additional / specific settings required in Firefox and Edge?   Does anyone know?  Thanks much.
