RUEI with EBS and NFS Mountpoints

My customer is running oracle ebs on Exalogic and SuperCluster with some ZFS connected via NFS mounts.  Per the customer, Real User Experience Monitoring Diagnostics Insight doesn't not recognize the NFS mounts.  Should it?  Is there a configuration issue on why RUEI is not recognizing the mount points?
