Hello Experts,

I'm working on Siebel upgrade project, moving from IP 13 (8.1.1.11.16) to IP 17 and applying patch 19.12 on the IP 17, I already started with the installation of the IP 17, but when I tried to download the patch 19.12 I did not find it in the available patches and I only found the patch 20.2, is this normal? and is it recommended to only install the latest available patch?
