Unable to open Concurrent request log and out files in EBS 12.2.8

Hi All,

Unable to open Concurrent request log and out files in EBS 12.2.8 which is integrated with OAM 11g.

We have upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8.

When ever trying to open request out file getting below error.

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /OA_CGI/FNDWRR.exe.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

When ever trying to open request log file getting below error.

Error 500--Internal Server Error
