runcluvfy.sh is not available in 19c Grid Infra home

Hi there ,

I am trying to install two nodes RAC instance in Oracle Linux7 . I have downloaded Oracle 19c Grid Home (LINUX.X64_193000_db_home) and unzizped it. As before installation GI, we usually run this (runcluvfy.sh) tool to understand if there any issues or not. But unfortunately I didn't find  runcluvfy.sh tool in home/bin directory.

Please help me to find the above tools. Even if there any issues in 19c please share with me.
