Unable to download kickstart file on ODA 18.5 image

Hello.

I am trying to re-image old oracle ODA server. I have done and configured second node on ODA however i could not re-image first node of ODA machine.

ODA machine is old. X3-2. I was trying to re-image on CD-rom with iso file. However it gave error. I put USB drive on ODA machine which has written 18.5 installiation iso file. However it gave same mistake. I saw and read "DOC ID 2051953.1". If it has "network error", why could i not image on USB drive which i plug in machine?
