Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

Why after submit request, there always shows 'FRM-40400' Transaction Complete.

Recently we have applied a patch 22549247 which upgrade our concurrent program form, but after patch applied, when submitting request, there are always a popup window shows 'FRM-40400: Transaction complete. 1 records applied and save'. How to remove this window?

Setup Profile

• Concurrent: Show Requests Summary After Each Request Submission = 'Yes'

• Concurrent: Validate Request Submission = 'No'

Submit path:

Order Management->Reports, Request.

When run request from View->Request->Submit a new request, this window does not show.  And then run request from Order Management->Reports, Reques, this window disappear.

What is the reason?
