Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. 12.1 unable to download Bundle Patch with Premier Support

Hi ,

With Premier Support only, we can no longer download BP or PSU for 12.1.

Is this normal?

if so how can i do that ? Should we buy extended support for 12.1 or just open an SR to get PSU or BP available ?

And if we bought ES, could we download PSU / BP for 12.1 and 12.2 too ?
