Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to add one stage approval process for Bill Only workflow

Business required one step to perform before sales order got closed in case of Bill Only workflow.

In short , for Bill Only sales order. Once sales order booked, system automatically get it closed.

Business wanted to add one more step.

i.e once order booked, it should not close unless and until approved by finance.

Please guide
