"hostname is not valid" error during EM13cR4 installation using virtual hostname

I am sharing the installation plan for you to understand and guide me accordingly.

The installation type is

EM13c release 4 OMS in an Active/Passive Environment for High Availability  (No RAC) Failover Using Virtual Host Names

where dxxf-ora-mon.nix.teo.earth is a virtual hostname and 10.xx.x.47 is the virtual IP address

Physical host details

hostname IP Address

dxxf-ora-mon01.nix.teo.earth 10.xx.x.41

dxxf-ora-mon02.nix.teo.earth 10.xx.x.42

# shared storage

/oms is nfs storage

# nslookup output of the virtual hostname:

[root@dxxf-ora-mon01 ~]# nslookup dxxf-ora-mon.nix.teo.earth

Server:         10.xx.x.16

Address:        10.xx.x.16#53

Name:   dxxf-ora-mon.nix.teo.earth
