Implement SSO in IP 17

Hi,

We are using 18.7 Loyalty Swedish application and currently using database authentication.We want to use SSO and Documentation mentions 2 approaches and we would like to know if anyone has implemented Federated SSO .We have Microsoft ADFS and Azure AD installed at our client but want to know what options we have

1)  Oracle mentions Siebel does not support SAML validator or Assertion Consumer Service.

So we have to use Oracle Access Manager as IMS and we don't feel buying a new product just for SSO. Has anyone used 3rd party IMS and how was the interface build?
