Oracle e-Business Suite R12.1 Premier Support Ends in Dec 2021 according to the Oracle Lifetime Support Policy.

Our management does not plan to upgrade it to R12.2 in next 2 years. Could you please consult me how to create an official request (support request) to help me to find answers to the following questions.

1) Is there any plan to prolong the premier support of Oracle e-Business Suite R12.1 after Dec 2021?

2) What is the price difference between Premier Support and Sustaining Support?

3) What is the Oracle's recommendation in case of when a new code fix (patch) is necessary and it is absent in code fixes (patches) created during the Premier Support stage?
