"Add to Asset" Not Functional: Fusion Assets Version 20A

Our agency is using Oracle Fusion release/version 20A. I went into our Assets module today to post some additions and found one area not functioning.

From the Worklist when an entry is highlighted then I go to Actions>Add to Asset the "Add to Asset" function is not available for use. It's there but not clickable.

Is anyone else experiencing this and, if so, is there a workaround or is this a bug that Oracle needs to fix?
