JDE E1 41 Receipt Route As Of

Is there a way to work out what quantities were on a receipt route at a specific point in time? We have Inventory As Of turned on but I'm not able to tell the quantities in receipt route by year end. We can have quantities on receipt route for long periods of time, including over a year.
