Can we assign one core form socket 1 and another core from socket 2 in a LDOM (SPARC T8-2)?

Hi Experts,

I guess it is possible to assign cores from different sockets in a single LDOM. Can any one assure whether it is possible with "grow-socket" command ?

What will be the scenario if socket-1 goes down ? LDOM will be remain working with cores assigned from socket-2 or the ldom goes down ?
