recommended patch to get dbms_ldap use TLS in 11.2.0.4

Hi!

This is oracle standard 11.2.0.4.0 on linux x86-64

I have a new requirement to use TLS when using dbms_ldap. As I read in a thread , it seems to be possible with a patch ... So I'll have to ask our IT support people to apply it ... but I'd have to point them with a solution and I supose there are quite some patches that include this feature ... Could you advise me which one(s) install?

Our db is not being regurlarly patched , so I could take advance of this requirement to make them have it up to date to a point.
