Performance issue with RTI - Full Payment Submissions Process (FPS) 2019/20 since UK TYE Patch (3085

We are currently encountering  a Performance issue with RTI - Full Payment Submissions Process (FPS) 2019/20 since UK TYE Patch (30854243) on 12.1.3.

Performance has went from running in around 4 minutes in Production to just less that an hour in our Test environment.  Has anyone encountered a similar issue since applying the UK TYE Patch (30854243) on 12.1.3 ?

I have logged an SR with support already and have uploaded a trace file awaiting a response on that.  But, just wondering if anyone has encountered the same issue.
