How to get password of already created users in oracle weblogic 12C console.

Hi,

The weblogic users are removed unfortunately from server. we need to create the same users again to make the environment stable.

We are unable to identify the password of those users. Is there any way to get the password of existing list of users which we created under weblogic? We are able to see some passwords in Ldap files. but those in encrypted format. How to decrypt those?

Please suggest.
