Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Holds on Imported Orders

Hi ,

Is there any Parameter or Configuration set up that determines whether Holds need to be applied while Importing order .

We are using process_order_api to import Orders in oracle and we could see holds are getting applied in imported orders.

Any pointers on this would be highly helpful
