Need to update expenditure type from backend before transferring OTL Timecard to Projects. However,
Requirement is to default one expenditure type from OTL, but that needs to be updated to some valid other value based on a backend complex logic before creating the PA Expenditure Items.
Similarly, expenditure organization is also required to be changed.
