How to remove OWB from 12.1 Database

Hi,

Upgrading from 12.1.0.2 to 19.6 and want to remove the OWB install that preupgrade.jar indicates won't be upgraded.

MOS How To De-install Oracle Warehouse Builder Installed With the 11g Database (Doc ID 1142307.1)

says to run <ORACLE_HOME>/owb/UnifiedRepos/clean_owbsys.sql

My 12.1 ORACLE_HOME does Not have an OWB directory....

Searching for removal in 12.1 isn't getting me anywhere.....

Suggestions ?
