Enrollment Preview Statement with Fluid Benefits Enrollment

When making elections on the Self Service Fluid Benefits Enrollment page just clicking on the Review Enrollment button generates an Enrollment Preview Statement even though the employee has not submitted their enrollment.  This seems misleading.  Does anyone have advice?
