How to populate the Remarks column

We use OEM 13.2 with a Generic service that does http ping to a certain url.

We have an Information Publisher report that shows the availability of this url along time (pretty standard use).

During the year, we had some unavailabilities that appears in this Information Publisher report.

We observed that there is a "Remarks" column, and think in using it to store some information, like why we had that unavailability.

So far, we could not find any information regarding how to populate this field.
