E1 address book validation

I'd like to know whether the feature in "Address Book Latitude and Longitude Business Service Feature (Doc ID 2608539.1)" would also validate whether the addresses entered on line 1,2, city, state, etc. are valid address? This will insure that the user is entering a valid address while setting up, modifying an E1 address in the address book
