UK Payroll Doc ID 2593075.1 patching question

In Doc ID 2593075.1 , patch 30855835 says it supersedes the previous patches i.e. "R12.1 :30855835:R12.PAY.B  (Supersedes patches 30486458:R12.PAY.B and 30812373:R12.PAY.B)"

But when subsequent patches are documented 30854243 , 30921380 , 30976361, while each says it includes the previous patch it does not say it supersedes it.

Surely this is the same thing, but if so why not always use the same language ?

We have applied 3085535 then 30854243 then 30921380 then 30976361 in our test system, but I am presuming I only apply 30976361 in our live environment.

If each said it superseded the previous then I would be sure of this.

Am I missing something ?
