Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What could be the reason why 2 separate GL journals were created for one (1) AP Debit Memo?

Hi ,

I was wondering why separate Gl Journals were created for a single AP Debit Memo?

SLA was not modified.

When posting an AP Debit Memo, the journal was posted successfully however upon checking in GL, it created separate journals.

What could be the reason for this when SLA was not modified.
